We provide marketing and technology services: custom AI systems, paid media buying, and lead infrastructure. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, investment advice, or a guarantee of any business result.

Using this site

You may read this site and submit an inquiry. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, submit another person's contact details without their permission, or use the inquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

The content, design, text and code of this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Inquiries and engagements

Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to proceed. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees and deliverables, and that agreement takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

Descriptions of our services on this site are general. They are not promises of a specific outcome, and results from past work do not predict future results.

Communications

If you submit an inquiry, we will reply by email. We will only send you text messages if you separately and affirmatively opted in by checking one of the consent boxes on our form — text consent is never a condition of using this site or of purchasing anything from us.

Our text message programs, message frequency, and the STOP and HELP instructions are set out in full in our SMS Terms. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. How we handle your information, including your mobile number, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Carrier liability

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for delays, failures or errors in transmission caused by any carrier or network.

Advertising

We advertise this site on Meta platforms and measure that advertising with the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. What that collects, what it never receives, and how to opt out are set out under Advertising and cookies in our Privacy Policy. Any advertisement we run describes the services offered on this site; the terms of an engagement are always agreed in writing before any work or payment.

Third-party links

This site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Media Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Lead Media Lab against claims arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
