Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 September 2026

This policy explains what Lead Media LLC, doing business as Lead Media Lab (“we”, “us”), collects when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to leadmedialab.com and the services we provide through it.

Mobile information is never sold or shared for marketing. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for that party's own purposes, and are never sold. They are handled only by the service providers that operate our systems on our behalf, under contract, solely to deliver what you asked for — described in Service providers below.

Information we collect

We only collect what you give us and what your browser sends automatically.

We do not use analytics cookies. The only third-party tracking technology on this website is the Meta Pixel, and only for the purposes described below.

How we use it

We do not sell personal information. Apart from the advertising measurement described under Advertising and cookies, we do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing — and your mobile number is never shared for marketing under any circumstances.

Text messages

Text messaging is entirely optional and is never a condition of any purchase or service. Our form carries two separate, independently checked boxes: one for inquiry and scheduling messages, and one for marketing messages. Both are unchecked by default, and the form submits whether or not you check them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We honour each consent separately. Opting in to inquiry and scheduling messages does not opt you in to marketing messages.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Full terms are in our SMS Terms.

Advertising and cookies

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To measure that advertising, this website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., together with Meta’s Conversions API.

Your choices. When the Pixel is running, a notice appears at the bottom of the page with an Opt out button, which stops the Pixel in your browser from that point on and is remembered on that browser. The page view that displayed the notice has already been recorded by the time you opt out; to prevent even that, use the Global Privacy Control signal or block the Pixel in your browser before visiting. This site also honours the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, the Pixel does not load at all. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, adjust how Meta uses data from other websites in your Meta ad settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising generally at optout.aboutads.info.

Where state privacy law treats sending this information to Meta as “sharing” for targeted advertising, the Opt out button and the Global Privacy Control signal are how you tell us not to share it. We do not sell personal information.

This site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Google does not set cookies through that service.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run the site and deliver messages — website hosting, a customer relationship system that stores inquiries and their consent records, and a licensed messaging provider that delivers SMS. These vendors process information only to perform those services for us, under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes, sell it, or market to you.

To be exact about what this means for your mobile number and your consent: when you submit the form, your inquiry and any consent you gave are transmitted to our customer relationship system so that we can respond to you and honour your choices, and your number is passed to our messaging provider only when we send you a message you asked for. That is processing by a contracted provider on our behalf. It is not sharing your information with a third party for that party's own use, and it is never sharing it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a normal business record. We keep SMS consent and opt-out records for at least four years after the consent ends, because that is the period in which we may need to evidence it.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. We honour those requests regardless of jurisdiction — just ask.

Security

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are for business use and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use mobile information will be posted here before they take effect.
